From Nurse to Channeler :
My Journey as an Empath and Artist

By Tara Arnold

I didn’t always know I was an artist or channeler.
In fact, for most of my early adult life, I was a nurse—grounded in science, committed to service, and deeply sensitive to the energy around me. I loved helping people, but there was always something stirring under the surface. Something I couldn’t explain.
As an empath, I often felt the emotions and pain of others in ways I couldn’t turn off. It was both my gift and my burden. I didn’t yet understand the importance of boundaries—or how this sensitivity was part of something connected to conscious expansion. Even as a child, I could hear my spirit guides. Their presence was gentle and wise—a second layer of thought that spoke with love and clarity. I didn’t always have the language for what I was experiencing, but I knew I wasn’t alone. That deep sense of connection followed me quietly into adulthood, waiting for me to fully remember. And I did.

My time in nursing, combined with intensive energy healing studies, opened me to an entirely new dimension of care. As I deepened my understanding of the energy body and intuitive anatomy, I began to see beneath the surface of symptoms—to sense the emotional and energetic roots of physical conditions. That’s when I realized I wasn’t just trained to treat illness—I was being guided to read the body as a spiritual map. Becoming a medical intuitive was a natural evolution: a union of science, energy, and soul guidance. It changed how I saw healing—and how I saw myself. My path hasn’t been smooth, but it’s been sacred. I’ve walked through childhood trauma, ego deaths, and the dark night of the soul—not as a victim, but as a student of my own becoming. Every shatter, every unraveling, every descent into shadow was a hidden invitation to deeper truth. These experiences transformed me, stripped me of illusion, and awakened within me, the capacity to hold deep compassion for others. I don’t share my journey to dwell in the pain—but to show what’s possible on the other side. I now see those moments as part of my soul's curriculum—each one a key to unlock my gifts.

Everything changed when I began exploring energy healing. That world opened a portal. I began to feel more than just emotion—I began to hear, sense, and channel. At first, the intuitive messages came subtly. Then, as I deepened my spiritual practice, I began receiving guidance from Ascended Masters and spirit guides with clarity and purpose. The more I trusted the messages, the more my entire life began to align. One day, I felt an undeniable pull to paint. I had no formal art training, yet the moment I picked up a brush, something within me awakened. It was as if my soul stepped forward—colors, shapes, and symbols flowed through me in a trance-like state. That’s when I understood: I wasn’t simply creating art. I was channeling. Each piece became a frequency—an activation—a sacred transmission. This wasn’t just art. This was energy work in form. This was the medicine I was always meant to offer. Now, I paint as a vessel for spirit. With each painting, I receive divine messages and infuse healing codes, and violet flame energy into the canvas. Every painting is a co-creation with Spirit—designed to awaken, empower, and remind you of who you really are.

In addition to my art, I also channel regular teachings and energy transmissions from Ascended Master St. Germain on my YouTube channel. These messages are focused on conscious expansion, soul alignment, and self-empowerment. It’s a sacred space for those ready to reclaim their inner wisdom, raise their frequency, and walk the path of sovereign spiritual evolution. I share what I’ve learned as an empowered empath—how to feel deeply without drowning, how to create beauty without burning out, and how to serve others without losing yourself. I believe we’re all artists. We’re all channels. We’re all remembering something ancient and true. This is my way of remembering — Through channeling. Through devotion. Through love.
